以上两个词中文意思相近，有时多少可以互相替换使用，但一般情况下应该使用哪个词都已经预定俗成。
bathroom是卫生间的意思，往往浴缸和马桶连在一起，听起来比较礼貌。go to the bathroom(去洗手问)也是文雅的说法。toilet指马桶本身，所以在正式场合使用Can l borrow your toilet?显得不得体。
