以上两个词中文意思相近，有时多少可以互相替换使用，但一般情况下应该使用哪个词都已经预定俗成。

spirit不光指精灵、神灵，还用来表示死者的灵魂。另外也可作精神、心灵讲，如a spirit of friendship(友谊的精神)。而ghost通常只用来指死者的灵魂。
