以上两个词的意思非常相似，使用起来几乎没有区别，但特定的情况下会趋向用其中的某一个。

method表示进行专业性较强的复杂活动时所采取的方法，用于描述一道道详细的程序、有效的方法。相反way只用于表示单纯的方法，如a good way(好方法)、a bad way(坏方法)等，不管其方法是复杂还是简单都可以用way。
